Promotion Case Readiness Rubric
Promotion Case Readiness: A 0–100 score of how ready a promotion case is, weighted toward documented impact and evidence of operating at the next level, then written feedback, manager alignment and sponsorship.
How do you know if you're ready for a promotion?
Check five things: documented impact with numbers, consistent work at the next level, written evidence from others, a manager who agrees and has said so, and a sponsor who will speak for you. Impact and next-level work carry most of the weight.
