Rubric reference
1:1 Health Rubric
1:1 Health: A 0–100 score of whether a manager's one-on-ones are working, across consistency, ownership, follow-through and growth.
How do you tell if your 1:1s are actually working?
Score four dimensions: whether they happen on a fixed cadence, whether the report owns the agenda, whether action items are carried forward until done, and whether you talk about growth, not only status. Follow-through carries the most weight.
